We are very happy to work with dietary requirements such as dairy, wheat or gluten free. If you don't see a cake or filling flavor that takes your fancy just ask us and we will see what we can do for you!
Classic Chocolate: -layers of a moist chocolate cake are held together with a rich dark chocolate ganache, brushed with a hint of cocoa liquor.
Classic Chocolate Raspberry: -Same as Classic Chocolate, but layered with raspberry infused chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves.
Chocolate Truffle: -moist chocolate cake layers are made even more decadent with a layer of baked flour-less chocolate truffle cake. A chocoholics dream!
Banana Truffle: -Just like the chocolate truffle cake, only layered with a delicious nut-free banana cake. Highlighted with a hint of rum.
White Wedding: -Vanilla flavoured white cake is layered with a white chocolate ganache and a dramatic red layer of raspberry preserves.
Coconut and Milk Chocolate: -Layers of delicately flavored coconut cake are complimented with a creamy milk chocolate ganache.
Chocolate Fruit Cake: -This is a nod to traditional fruit cake with a modern edge to it. Rum soaked raisins and finely chopped citrus peel blend beautifully with a Chocolate Devil's Food Cake, layered together with dark chocolate ganache.
