About us:

Artisan Cakes was born out of a love of gorgeous cakes and delicious desserts. With over 13 years experience in the food industry, pastry chef Jean Martinez is committed to creating a cake for you that is fabulous from the first sight to the last bite.

We bake all of our cakes from scratch and use the finest ingredients. We use real butter, free range eggs and organic flour.

All of our cakes are first iced with a layer of dark, milk or white chocolate ganache.                             They are then decorated with our own icing that is made by combining traditional fondant with white chocolate. The end result is a much finer tasting and feeling icing.

We can arrange to come and meet with you, to discuss design aspects as well as to allow you to have a taste of some of our favorite flavors.

Pricing:

The price of your cake is determined by the design elements as well as if your cake is intended to be eaten as the dessert course or as a taste to have with coffee. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.
